The Art of Living Course teaches us how to breathe. It
takes us to the core of the present moment and allows us to live life
from that area of innocence and spontaneity which lies deep within us.
Based on the breath, this 20-hour workshop provides us with practical
tools for eliminating stress, transforming negative emotions and
improving our health.
This Course releases layers of stress without effort,
removing blocks to the increased energy and joy that are our
birthright. The course integrates modern methods with ancient spiritual
heritage to bring you in touch with the silent core of your Being. You
will enjoy the ancient practices of yoga, meditation and rhythms of
breath (Sudarshan Kriya), as these are combined in new ways to nourish
all levels of Body, Mind and Spirit.

Sri Sri Yoga Teacher Training Course
An advanced yoga program for those who would like to
teach yoga, or who would simply like to improve their discipline and
find a more profound devotional dimension in their spiritual practices.
The ancient science of Yoga is the perfect tool for maintaining and

Sahaj Samadhi Meditation
Meditation is the delicate art of doing nothing --
letting go of everything and being who you are. Sahaj Samadhi
Meditation is a natural and graceful system of effortless meditation.
In just three sessions of one or two hours, you will learn to tap the
depths of your own nature.
Sadhana Intensive
"Sadhana" means practice. This course combines the
beauty of the Advanced Course, Sri Sri Yoga, Padma Sadhana and more
knowledge. It is designed to bring more devotion and more discipline in
your practices, and take you to new depths of spiritual experience. You
must have attended at least two advanced courses before taking this
course.
Ayurveda Relaxation Weekend
A taste of the beauty and power of Ayurveda when
combined with yoga and guided meditations, delicious vegetarian food,

Nine Day Ayurveda Health Retreat - Panchakarma
The purity of body and mind are inter-related. This
special Retreat offers natural and simple methods to balance the body
and mind and expand our spiritual growth. The change of seasons is a

Ayurveda Technician Training
A two week course to learn basic Ayurvedic Massage
skills and theory, basic anatomy and physiology. For integration this
is followed by 40 hours of practical application on a course at the
Ashram, at a time convenient for you. There are opportunities to work
with Ayurveda in the Ashram in Canada, Germany or India. Entry
requirements are two Advanced Courses. Maximum of six students.
Art of Living Workshop and Sri Sri Ayurveda
A seven day powerful course introducing the heart of Art
of Living-Sudarshan Kriya, supported by daily oil massages,
discussions, splendid Ayurvedically balanced food. This workshop is

Mother and Baby Massage Course (FIVA)
Lead by Martha Oakes who will teach the skills of
massage, diet and life approach to welcome a new life and to introduce
an Ayurvedic approach to rejuvenation for the new Mother. Open to
professionals and families wishing to expand their knowledge in this

Weight Loss Program
The Art of Living Foundation presents its new and unique nine-day
weight loss program. "Weight Loss for Life" harmoniously combines the
Eastern and Western approaches to weight control. Overweight people, in
search of an effective solution, are provided with holistic tools to

Breath, Water and Sound Workshop
This practical and concise workshop is open to all with
the aim of improving ones quality of life through improving awareness
of breath, water and sound.
Vastu Living
The art of creating a harmonious habitat through
altering the use of space. Originally from India, Vastu, which inspired
Feng Shui, is the science of interior design. It is complementary to
Yoga and to Ayurveda. While Yoga and Ayurveda focus on the body in
order to promote inner harmony, Vastu stresses the importance of one's
personal environment in order to promote the same results.
